Hey Ken, I've seen nothing but amazing customer support in all of these posts from you and even a 4 page thread between you and a single guy which was quite frustrating even for myself to read but you handled it flawlessly.

I have a question in regards to your mattresses. Im 5'9" 160-165lbs and am a side sleeper. I've tried a few latex mattresses in store and seem to prefer a "softer" mattress especially for the pressure points associated with side sleeping. However I don't totally want to sink into the mattress as to be swallowed by it. I saw in a thread you recommended going with a Medium/medium core (in reference to the Ultra Plush latex mattress) with a 3" topper at 19 ILD for someone similar to myself who also sleeps hot. Would you say that's the most popular combination? I'd imagine it provides a good, but not too firm, foundation with medium and the 3" topper is what makes it comfortable for a side sleeper.

Thanks!

Absolutely in fact it's so popular that we call it our Goldilocks bed. It's perfect for your weight and being a side sleeper.

I can be very patient with customers until you attack my integrity but then watch out. It's only happened a couple of times that I lost my cool but hey, I'm just human. Thanks for making it through that thread.

Of course. I had to see it through lol.

When choosing a topper for the mattress, at the lowest, a #20-24 3" topper. Is that the one you would recommend, or is the 19ILD topper different?

And what is the typical time it would take for a mattress to ship (Adjustable ultra plush with the cover in particular)? I believe I did see 2-3 weeks on the website if I remember correctly.

Thanks!

There is not much difference between the 2 however the #19 is Blended Talalay and the #20-24 is all natural talalay. The #19 will feel just slightly softer. Yes, currently we are at 2-2 1/2 weeks lead time.

When I go to the Adjustable Ultra Plush mattress here , I can't find the 3" #19 topper. I only see the 4 options including the 2" topper and the 3" (#20-24,#25-28 and #30-34) toppers. Should I be purchasing the item separately or specifying that I want the #19 topper as opposed to whichever one I select in the dropdown.

The AUP comes in both blended talalay and all natural talalay. The soft all natural is the #20-24, the soft blended is #19.

Ah, okay. I just put in an order for the blended system with the 3" #19 topper! I'm excited to try it out in a few weeks and get off this air mattress.

Hi Ken,

I have ordered many DIY bedding pieces from you in the recent past and appreciate your customer service. I was told to ask the expert members here; Is there anyway you would have access to a 1.5 inch layer of super soft poly foam from a foam manufacturers (ideally in the 10 ild -2 pcf range) for me to put on top of a latex mattress? I guess I just like the ultra soft feel of it to top off latex, in a thin layer. I realize it is out of what you would normally sell, but this would be a special order.

I've tried to find a good supplier but every sample I get stinks so much I just can't bring myself to offer it. Maybe foamorder.com might have something like that or even Ebay and Amazon.
