Problems with Blutooth Remotes on our Reverie R450HT split King power bases

Hey Flexus - we are very happy with our 9" latex split king bed. You guys gave us a great price (and the Mattress Underground discount!) and excellent support when Leggett and Platt was unable to provide us with the S-Cape base we initially wanted. We love the Reverie R450HT split King base we decided on after the stock issue with L&P.

But, we are having a problem with the Reverie blutooth remotes. They are no longer paired with the beds. It started with them both saying "Other remote connected". When attempting to re-pair the remotes they say "No bed found" then "No bed paired".

How can we resolve this?

Just an update that Flexus Comfort has contacted us and Reverie has been responsive in finding the cause. Evidently both control boxes are bad, so they will be replaced.

As Phoenix would remind us, manufacturer/ retailer TMU membership is not offered or accepted lightly. It is by invitation only in recognition of the fact that they have the knowledge and experience to help their customers make informed buying decisions and are among the best choices in the industry.

Glad to hear you had a quick and satisfying outcome to your bluetooth remote issue. If you have time after an initial 30 day sleep trial, drop back by and let us know how the Reverie R450HT split king base / bluetooth remote setup worked for you.
