Need help with latex bed 13 Apr 2020 23:15 #1

Hi there, we have owned our latex bed for over 20 years, so happy with it. It's a reflection newport beach, pillow top, queen. Love it! However, we are moving next month and it can't come with us, we need a full size mattress. Since we cannot go to any retail stores these days, we are hoping to find something similar to what we have but I'm so confused looking at all the different options. We could really need your help in choosing what would be best. Love the plush top, with a medium support.
Thank you
Helene

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Adjustable Ultra Plush would be a great replacement using a Medium base core and a 3" Plush top should get you a very similar feel to the Sealy model. It's a 10" mattress but if you need it taller we can always add another 2 or 3" layer. www.mattresses.net/full-adjustable-ultra...ex-sleep-system.html Call me if you have time and we can discuss options. 888-773-7326

Need help with latex bed 29 Apr 2020 12:11 #3

Helene, I got my latex mattress from sleepez, and I cannot say enough great things about the mattress, or the company. The mattress I got from them is unique to them, I believe, because it's one they developed. It's called a Roma, and it's unique because the bed naturally comes with two different firmness levels. The owner of the company came up with this idea because he realized that the majority of people like two different firmnesses: plush or firm. At least, I believe that is how this mattress was created. Anyway, the plush side is medium, and the firm side is, well firm. I don't know if this mattress is great for a couple as you may each have unique needs. Another thing that sleepez provides (to the consumer) is the ability to customize the layers as well as to customize the sides of the mattress. Your partner may like a soft mattress while you may prefer a plush, or a firm. SleepEZ allows you to customize each side based on your individual needs.

Anyway, I don't want to take away from comments posted here by anyone else. I'm super happy with my Roma. I warn you ahead of time, latrex mattresses are heavy as sin!!! I called SleepEZ and I believe they told me my queen sized latex mattress weighs about 90lbs. Or was it 100? I just know I felt like I was in a Silent comedy watching a dog pull a bone ten times his size that will not budge. That was me moving a 100 lb mattress into my bedroom by myself.

Decide for yourself. Arizona Mattress Company is a great company. I had them on my shortlist as well. But I decided to go with SleepEZ because of certain features they offered. And their amazing customer service too.

I believe SleepEZ is a member here so perhaps they will chime in. Let me give you a link to their website in case you are still deciding.
