Flexus is sagging after a few months 21 Nov 2019 18:45 #1

So we bought a 9" King from flexus about 5 months ago with a soft talalay top, a medium dunlop middle, and firm dunlop bottom. The bed has been good but we've noticed today after we took the sheets off to wash that it appears to be sagging where we sleep. Here is an album with pictures:

This is the bed frame we bought:

I measured the slats to be ~3.25" apart (a bit less in some places). Is there any reason why the mattress is sagging?

Hello Arian487,

Glad to hear the mattress has been comfortable for you. The bedframe you purchased is well supported and would not be an issue with our latex mattress. The top quilted layer of our mattress is made of about 1" of wool. In the beginning there will be some settling of the wool that could make it appear like the mattress has a body impression. I recommend unzipping the quilted top panel and checking the latex. If any one of the layers compresses more than one inch we will replace it free of charge. We sell a lot of these mattresses and stand behind are warranty. Rest assured if there is any issue we will take care if it. Feel free to give us a call. 626-966-9801

Thanks for the help. We took your suggestion and you were right! There is no depression in the actual latex layers, they are still in perfect condition. We just needed to readjust it a bit on the frame, we will likely buy a better foundation.
